NextStep Solutions Therapy, LLC, a division of Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC, is a pediatric therapy agency that provides contracted Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Physical Therapists to schools throughout New Jersey and, now, Florida. Miriam Skydell has been contracting therapists to schools for over 25 years. Both Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC and NextStep Solutions Therapy, LLC are small, personalized agencies that value our therapists’ time and are committed to providing a supportive and professional experience.
All of our contracts are paid by the hour, regardless of student presence, and all positions are paid on a 1099 basis.

We have an ST position available at a school in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Details are as follows:
- Duration: Sarting ASAP through June 30, 2027
- Days and Hours: 2-3 full days
- Rate: $65.00 per hour
- Student hours: 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM. Teacher hours are 8:00 - 4:00.
- Details: Services are needed for middle school students who have language and speech impairments.
- Grades: 6th - 8th

Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC is a dynamic and progressive pediatric therapy practice that has been servicing children in and around Bergen County for more than 30 years. We specialize in and have earned recognition for our treatment of children with ADD/ADHD, Sensory Processing Dysfunctions (SPD), and Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
Our caring and dedicated therapists cater to the needs of children from birth to 14 years of age with a wide range of neurological, biological, and developmental disabilities.
Our brand new, fully equipped sensory gym (opened 8/2019) along with separate fine motor and tactile room allows us to utilize a multitude of treatment modalities including sensory integration therapy, fine and gross motor therapy, handwriting programs (HWT®,PAF®, Fundations®), music based auditory processing programs (The Listening Program® and Therapeutic Listening Program®), movement based social skill groups and assistive technology training. Every treatment session is designed to meet the individual needs of your child and to ensure that he/she meets his/her maximum potential.
